Spanish instruction builds from year to year beginning in PreK3 with the goal of preparing students for Spanish as a core class in the Fifth Grade.
After the completion of Spanish I in Seventh and Eighth Grade, students will have the opportunity to earn a high school credit by taking an assessment.
Lower School
PreK3 through Fourth Grades attend Spanish class as part of their enrichment rotation. Students engage in dynamic hands on activities where they expand their knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
Middle School
Middle School students attend Spanish class as part of their core curriculum. Students develop their listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing skills and the acquisition of applied grammar through hands on collaborative work.
